★ What is the American Girl Fashion Show™?
The American Girl Fashion Show™ is a fun-filled event for girls and their families, friends and favorite dolls! The fashion show celebrates the experience of being a girl, whether yesterday or today, through a colorful presentation of historical and contemporary fashions. Enjoy elegant refreshments, enter to win prizes and learn how clothing has changed over the years to reflect history, culture and girls' individual styles.
★ When are the shows?
Saturday, November 12, 2016 shows at 11am and 2:30pm.
Sunday, November 13, 2016 shows at 1pm and 4:30pm.
★ Where are the shows?
All shows are held at South Hills Country Club located at 4305 Brownsville Road Pittsburgh, PA 15236.
★ How do I order tickets?
Tickets can be purchased beginning October 1, 2016 at 10:00am EST. You will receive a confirmation email which you should print and bring with you to the Will Call table at South Hills Country Club the day of the show.
★ Who needs a ticket?
Tickets are needed for everyone attending the shows. Shows are suitable for children four or older and any strollers would need to be parked outside.
★ How many sit at a table?
Most of our tables seat 10 people. There is no room to add additional seats.
★ Where do I park?
Self-parking at South Hills Country Club is complementary. Valet is also available complementary (tip suggested)
★ Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, South Hills Country Club is accessible. Please feel free to pull up to the front door and drop off guests before parking
★ Will food be provided?
Yes, a plated meal along with dessert will be served. If you have any food allergies or restrictions, please indicate this when purchasing your tickets in the requested field.
★ What should we wear?
Most children wear party clothes. Most important is that they are comfortable as the show is quite long for smaller children.
★ How long are the shows?
Shows last approximately 2 hours (intermission included).
★ Can girls attending the show dress up and bring their dolls?
Yes – we encourage girls bring their dolls and wear their favorite American Girl clothing or "tea-party" outfit!
★ When does seating begin?
Doors open one hour prior to show time. Guests may be seated, purchase raffle tickets or visit our bookseller area before the show begins.
